El Perro is a Miscellaneous NPC located aboard the Cursed Ship in the Second Sea. He serves as the exclusive vendor of the Ghoul Mask, allowing players to obtain the accessory by exchanging Ectoplasm.

Location:

El Perro is located beside the Ship Deckhands on the right side of the Cursed Ship exit, next to a bed.

Selling:

El Perro sells the Ghoul Mask for 50 Ectoplasm. If the player does not have enough Ectoplasm, he will respond with:

"Sorry, you need 50 Ectoplasm to make a deal with me."
