Angler is a Miscellaneous NPC found in all three seas. He allows players to craft Fishing Rods and Baits, as well as complete fishing-related quests to increase their Trust level.

Usage:

Players must reach Fishing Level 20 before they can interact with the Angler.

The Angler allows players to:

• Craft Fishing Rods.

• Craft Baits.

• Accept fishing-related quests.

Completing an Angler quest increases the player's Trust level by 1.

Quests:

The Angler offers one of four quests at random. Accepting a quest starts a 15-minute cooldown, regardless of whether the quest is completed or abandoned.

• Catch Fish: Catch a Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, or Mythical fish.

• Speed Catch: Catch any fish within 2 minutes and 5 seconds.

• Perfect Fishing: Perform 3 Perfect Casts and 3 Perfect Reactions.

• Fishing Skills: Use any Fishing Rod skill 3 times.
