Frozen Dimension is a special Sea Event tied to the Leviathan, making it one of the most important late-game ocean events. It serves as the area where players progress toward the Leviathan encounter and related rewards.

This event only spawns in Sea Danger Level 6 (????), meaning players must explore deep dangerous waters to find it. Its spawn chance can be significantly increased by bribing the Spy, though bribing is not required, as the Frozen Dimension can still appear naturally.

The event also uses a pity system, meaning the longer players spend searching without finding it, the higher the chance it will eventually spawn. However, the exact mechanics of this system are currently unknown.

Any number of players can trigger the event’s spawn conditions, but the Frozen Watcher will only summon the Leviathan if the Sea Exploration Group has at least five players. A player’s cooldown on bribing the Spy does not affect the Frozen Dimension’s spawn rate.

Additional Information:

• When Frozen Dimension appears, Sea Danger Level 6 (????) returns to normal brightness.

• Spawning Frozen Dimension puts everyone in the same Sea Exploration Group on cooldown, preventing them from bribing the Spy until 20 Sea Events are cleared.

• If one player bribes the Spy, the increased spawn chance applies to everyone in the group. Multiple players can bribe the Spy, and the effects stack.

• Frozen Dimension has no fixed despawn timer, but it despawns if no players are nearby, including when using Portal [V] Dimensional Rift.

• Players should ally with each other to avoid accidental PvP; joining Marines automatically allies everyone.

• Make sure your Sea Exploration Group has at least 5 players before entering Sea Danger Level 6 (????) to avoid wasting a Frozen Dimension spawn.

• If it spawns with fewer than 5 players, Leviathan can still be spawned by bringing 5+ players to the gate.

• Having more players reduces the risk of a failed run, such as boat destruction or everyone dying.
