Freezing Hydra Island is a special event that takes place at Hydra Island and plays a crucial role in unlocking late game Draco progression. It is required for players working toward the Draco race and its Race Awakening.

The event’s main purpose is to grant access to the Dojo Vault, which is a key step toward unlocking the Draco awakening path. During the event, players can light the green and yellow lanterns located in front of the vault, allowing it to be opened.

However, the lanterns can only be lit by players who have already met the required progression conditions. Simply participating in the event is not enough, making Freezing Hydra Island an important but progression-gated part of the awakening process.

How to Access:

To trigger Freezing Hydra Island, the player must first unlock Draco V3 and hunt the Leviathan using the Beast Hunter. After defeating it, the player must harpoon the Leviathan Heart and bring it to the waterfall on Hydra Island to trigger the event.

• Only players who were part of the Sea Exploration Group that brought the heart can interact with the event.

• The player must not die after obtaining the Leviathan Heart.

• The event lasts for 5–15 minutes.

• After Freezing Hydra Island begins, the Leviathan Heart disappears.

Additional Information:

• The player can use any race while fighting the Leviathan.

• After Freezing Hydra Island begins, the player must switch back to Draco to light the dojo lanterns and open the Dojo Vault.
