Fist of Darkness is a Second Sea item mainly used for high level progression and special interactions, similar in importance to God’s Chalice from the Third Sea, rather than being a combat or farming tool. It cannot be stored in the Inventory, so players must carry it directly after obtaining it, and it will disappear if the player dies or leaves the game, making it a highly time sensitive item that requires careful handling.

Obtainment:

Fist of Darkness can be obtained in two main ways: defeating a Sea Beast (recommended, with a 2.5% drop chance) or finding it from chests across the Second Sea. The chest method can be more convenient for players using Portal fruit and server hopping, especially if they already know most chest locations, but it is generally not recommended for farming due to the long 4 hour chest respawn time. When obtained from a chest for the first time, the player is also rewarded with the title “Forbidden One #116.”
Usage:
Fist of Darkness is mainly used for high end progression and boss related content rather than general combat. It can be used to spawn Darkbeard at the Dark Arena or inserted into the middle of the Secret Laboratory at Hot and Cold to trigger a chance of Obtaining a Core Brain for the Cyborg race from Order. It is also required for unlocking the Slayer Skin, a reskin of the Dark Blade, which needs two Fists of Darkness along with additional progression requirements including Darkbeard access, the Graveyard Door, and Angel, Rabbit, Shark, and Human races at V3 or higher.
Additional Information:
• The Fist of Darkness is a special item used for several important progression requirements, including obtaining the Core Brain for the Cyborg race. Since it is lost if you die or disconnect, it is safest to keep it in a Safe Zone until you are ready to use it. Playing in a Private Server also reduces the risk of other players interfering or claiming one before you.

• If you insert the Fist of Darkness into the Laboratory at Hot and Cold, your progress is saved. Even if you leave the game afterward, you can still return later and obtain the Core Brain from Order without needing another Fist.

• You can only hold one Fist of Darkness at a time. Picking up another while already carrying one has no effect, and the Fist of Darkness cannot be dropped, so plan carefully before collecting it.
