The Training Dummy is a Level 1500 enemy designed for practicing combat rather than regular farming. Unlike normal NPCs, it serves as a safe target where players can test weapons, fighting styles, Blox Fruits, combos, and damage without needing to search for enemies or wait for respawns.

The Training Dummy fights using the Dark Blade, but it only relies on basic M1 attacks and never uses any of the weapon's abilities. Its attack speed matches a normal Dark Blade user, and its M1 hits deal high damage, making it dangerous to players who stand too close without paying attention. Unlike regular enemies, the Training Dummy has very high resistance to standard M1 attacks, especially those from swords and fighting styles. Because of this, defeating it with basic attacks takes much longer than expected. It is far better suited for testing damage, combos, and builds than for farming, as its durability allows players to practice extended attack sequences without defeating it too quickly.

The Training Dummy is located behind the Arena Trainer, making it easy to access whenever you want to practice or complete its quest. Since it is in a dedicated training area, players can quickly return to it without traveling across multiple islands.

Quest:

The Arena Trainer offers a quest to defeat the Training Dummy, rewarding $22,000, 40,000,000 EXP, and 200 Fragments upon completion. However, this quest is limited to once per hour, so it cannot be farmed continuously for rewards. Instead, it serves as a reliable source of periodic EXP, money, and Fragments while giving players an opportunity to test their combat setup.
