Quest:

The Colosseum Quest is available from the Colosseum Quest Giver at Level 250. The objective is to defeat 7 Toga Warriors, rewarding $7,000 and 1,100,000 EXP upon completion. Repeating this quest is the primary way to level through this stage of the First Sea.

Drops:

Each defeated Toga Warrior grants 11,000 to 15,000 EXP in addition to the quest rewards. Their Beli drop is currently unknown, so most players farm them for experience rather than direct money.
