Obtainment:

The Lantern must first be unlocked before it becomes available for purchase. To gain access to the boat, players need to exchange 1,500 Fragments with the Cyborg NPC.

Once unlocked, the Lantern can be purchased from the Luxury Boat Dealer for $5,000 whenever needed. This makes it a permanent unlock, allowing players to rebuy the boat without spending Fragments again.
