The Dinghy is a free boat available from the Boat Dealer. It can carry two players including the driver, making it one of the smallest boats in the game. It is also the second slowest boat, limiting its usefulness for long distance travel.

While its free cost makes it accessible to new players, the Dinghy is quickly outclassed by the Sloop, As the fastest non premium boat and costs only $300 ($150 for Marines), an amount that can be earned very easily in the First Sea. As a result, most players replace the Dinghy shortly after starting the game.
