Quick questions about the Mansion

No. It was removed on June 8, 2024, the day after it joined the Last Chance House Sale. You can only get one by trading with a player who owns it.
1,944 Bucks. In the Last Chance House Sale on June 7, 2024 the price dropped to 1,360 Bucks.
Cozy Cabin, Biodome Home, Ruler's Castle, Pirate Ship House, Eco Natural Earth House and Mermaid Mansion followed on the next six days, June 9 to June 14, 2024. All are trading only now.

Yes, if you own more than one house. Use the mailbox outside the house and pick "list for trade".
The Mansion is an upgraded Estate: three stories and 7 rooms against the Estate's two floors and 6 rooms.

How do you get the Mansion?

Trading is the only way. The Mansion has been off sale since June 8, 2024.

Step 1

Find a player whose Mansion has a sign in front saying it is listed for trade. The owner puts it up from the mailbox outside the house.

Step 2

Interact with the sign to tour the house and see the furniture and expansions inside.

Step 3

After the tour, send a trade request from inside the house. When it is accepted the trading window opens.

Step 4

Offer items or pets from your inventory. Houses cannot be traded for other houses.

Good to know: all furniture moves with the house, and selling furniture from a traded house pays no Bucks. To list your own house for trade you need to own more than one.
